My AC had been cooling fine but I had noticed that it wasn't cycling as much but i thought it may had been from how hot it had been. I am usually skeptical of repairing/replacing things when things seem to be working fine but went through with the recommended replacement part anyway. My house stayed just as cold but my AC wasn't running as much and my electric bill dropped $30 each month during the summer!The 2nd time was an emergency call. My AC wasn't blowing cold and i found a leak in my refrigerant line. It was a Friday afternoon but they had someone out in an hour or so to close up the leak and refill my refrigerant. read less

Our 3-yearold 5 ton AC was malfunctioning and we also needed additional AC for our Florida Room and Living Room which was not covered by the current duct system. Another company came in and simply tried to sell me a 2.5 ton Mini-Split for the Florida room without examining anything related to the system I already had. When Rob from Air Pro came, he listened to problems I described and started looking at all the problems I had with the 5 ton system which he discovered was freezing up big time outside in 90 degree heat. He came up with inexpensive simple solutions for the 5 ton system and only then started looking at the what else we needed. For the Florida room he saw only the need for a 1 or 2 ton MIni-Split whose expense and installation was much less expensive and seemed like a much better system than anything the first guy suggested. Rob goes out of his way to please you and find the best solution for you. Air Pro is a keeper. I am recommending him to so many of my friends whose AC guys have often disappointed them. read less

Personable, knowledgeable and answered every question I had about the process he was doing to fix my AC. No hidden cost! I knew everything up front! In this day and age it's important to feel like you trust the person you open your door to, and after speaking with him on the phone I knew what type of person he was. He did not disappoint. He fixed my AC in a short amount of time, never tried to sell me on anything but at the same time explained things about my older unit that I was not aware of that will help me make a more informed choice when the time comes that I need a new unit.
